Stock & Inventory

Stocks are changed and checked under this tab: stock corrections can be carried out, stocks reserved and goods ordered from the central warehouse.

Our mobile ERP software can map central and branch-side warehouse stocks as well as the transit stock. If an inventory changes, for example because goods are sent from the central warehouse to the branch and are temporarily in motion, our software maps this live. Inventory checks outside of the regular inventories, for example in order to be able to record shrinkage due to theft more quickly, can be easily integrated.

Annual inventories can also be mapped in full in this way. It does not matter whether it is a full or partial inventory. All theoretical article stocks that are sent from the head office to your branches can be transmitted via our mobile ERP software. All legally required documents that are subject to retention requirements as evidence of the inventory are also automatically created and printed accordingly.
