Social responsibility: donations, foundation, bonus for employees

The well-being of society, the environment and employees is closely linked to our values. In addition to the annual donations to non-profit organizations, a separate foundation was established in 2019. The inflation adjustment premium decided by the federal government is also paid out in full to the employees in order to be able to meet the rising costs of everyday life.

A total of 20,000 euros will be donated to various charitable organizations in Germany. These include the German child protection foundation Hänsel+Gretel, the hospice Bietigheim-Bissingen, the German Aids Relief, the Andere Schulzimmer and Kleine Patienten in Not.

The "Lernen um zu Leben" foundation, which was founded in 2019, will be funded by the end of 2023 with a capital of 2 million Euros. The core task of the foundation is to support young people from the greater Stuttgart area with educational and promotional measures.

We also make use of the inflation compensation premium. This will be paid out to employees from mid-December. The maximum amount of €3,000 per employee will be exhausted by the end of 2024. It should be noted that each employee receives the same amount of bonus and not, as is usual, staggered. This was democratically voted on by all employees.
