Ecological Responsibility

Responsibility towards people and the environment is firmly anchored in our corporate values. The protection of the environment and the conservation of natural resources are therefore included in our corporate decisions. A strategic goal of our company is to become climate neutral by 2025. To achieve this, we implement specific measures every year that reduce our carbon footprint.

Since the end of 2019, we have equipped 10 of our employee parking spaces with 11 kW charging stations, which can be expanded to 20 charging stations at short notice. All new company cars are will be exclusively electric.

We avoid flights whenever possible, as well as longer journeys with combustion engines. Public transport is preferred.

Our company building was designed as a low-energy house and has a green roof.
We heat and cool with a combination of heat pumps and gas. The electricity used is green electricity, the gas is biogas.

We use the waste heat from our server room to heat our office space using heat pumps. In the summer, the building is heated via the underfloor using intelligent heat pump technology with air conditioning modules.

By 2025 we are planning a photovoltaic system on the roof and possibly an additional wind turbine next to the building. The aim is to cover parts of our own electricity needs ourselves through electricity storage.
